Job summary

Motion is seeking a Senior Field Service Technician to perform on-site service, diagnostics, repair, and installation on hydraulics and related systems with regional responsibility. The role includes 24/7 on-call support and collaboration with customers to ensure uptime and satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has a technical degree and 5+ years of related experience, excels in communication, and can lead small projects while following safety standards and regulatory requirements on customer sites.

Qualifications

• Technical degree and 5+ years of related field experience.
• Strong ability to read hydraulic schematics and diagnose complex problems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site services for new and existing clients, including repairs, maintenance, and upgrades on a 24/7 on-call basis.
• Install, diagnose, repair and support equipment at customer sites.
• Lead small projects and assist less experienced technicians as needed.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance on job sites and communicate technical information clearly.
