This full-time position involves both on-site and remote support, training customer teams, and collaborating with engineering to resolve technical issues. Frequent travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical and hydraulic systems.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote technical assistance to customers during hydraulic system installation.
• Guide customers through routine maintenance procedures.
• Train customer teams on the proper use and maintenance of hydraulic systems.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams on technical challenges.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Collect customer feedback on product performance.
• Support the sales team with technical expertise.
• Monitor industry trends for product enhancements.
