Qualifications

• Fluid power knowledge/experience is required.
• Work will mostly consist of sitting in front of a computer on the telephone.
• Excellent telephone and e-mail skills.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
• Attention to detail.
• Familiarity with common office software applications (Outlook, Word, etc.).
• Familiarity with internet search engines and how to find information with them.
• CAD experience a plus.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills as required.

Responsibilities

• Answer technical questions about fluid power from internal and external customers.
• Design basic hydraulic systems to meet customer requirements.
• Cross-over components from other manufacturers to current supplier part numbers.
• Interface with engineering, build shop, customer service, and sales teams.
