The Technical Support Specialist will play a vital role in ensuring customers achieve optimal performance from their Cargo Floor systems, serving as a key point of contact for resolving technical challenges and ensuring high-quality support for our innovative trailer solutions.

Tasks

• Provide on‑site and remote technical assistance to customers during hydraulic system installation and troubleshooting.
• Guide customers through routine maintenance procedures to ensure the longevity of Cargo Floor systems.
• Train customer teams on the proper use, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hydraulic systems.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address and resolve technical challenges.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, troubleshooting guides, and training materials.
• Collect feedback from customers regarding product performance and relay it to the product development team.
• Support the sales team by providing technical expertise during customer meetings and trade shows.
• Monitor industry trends to recommend product enhancements and innovations.

Requirements

• Provide on‑site and remote technical assistance to customers during system installation and troubleshooting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field (mandatory).
• Hands‑on experience with mechanical and hydraulic systems, preferably in logistics or waste management equipment.
• Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills.
