Job summary

Yancey Bros. Co. in Georgia seeks a Hydraulic Sales Representative to sell hydraulic parts and repair services to an assigned customer base and to drive growth through new account acquisition and development of existing accounts in the fluid power field.

The role focuses on non-CAT mobile machinery and stationary industrial equipment across diverse industries. Requires 5+ years in sales, 3+ years in account management, and a valid Georgia driver’s license; CRM experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of prior sales experience.
• 3+ years of account management experience.
• Excellent analytical, organization, and communication skills.
• Must have a valid class C Georgia driver’s license and clean driving history.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by cultivating business relationships within your assigned customer portfolio and through prospecting and new account development.
• Perform site audits, inspections and hydraulic hose/component surveys of customer equipment, and prepare service-related proposals.
• Travel to stores in assigned territory to perform training, product knowledge learning sessions and commercial/sales related activities
