Job summary

Yancey Bros. Co. in Georgia is seeking a Product Support Sales Representative for Industrial and Marine Engine services. You will cover the South Georgia territory, promote service agreements, and act as both salesperson and consultant for customer accounts.

The role focuses on growing service sales, maintaining relationships, and delivering quality customer satisfaction through proactive account management and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior sales experience preferred in the industry (parts or service).
• Strong sense of urgency and superior customer service.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell service agreements and engine/service parts in the assigned territory.
• Develop and implement sales/account strategies aligned with company goals.
• Manage customer visits, conduct engine audits, and prepare service quotes/proposals.
• Maintain customer call lists, opportunity pipelines, and equipment lists.
• Coordinate with vendors for parts/services to support proposed activities.
• Provide backup to service team and offer after-hours or vacation coverage as needed.
