Yancey Bros. Co. is seeking a Territory Sales Representative for the Rental Pump Division in Georgia.

You will drive pump rental growth, identify new opportunities, and build long-term relationships with customers in construction, industrial, municipal, and emergency service markets. You will provide technical support and collaborate with Rental Coordinators to ensure seamless service. The role emphasizes outside sales with a focus on profitability, quarterly targets, and strong customer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales or Marketing.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Knowledge of Spanish language preferable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Establish new rental and sales accounts for pump equipment in construction, industrial, municipal and emergency services markets.
• Identify and generate leads for pump rentals and accessories.
• Re-engage dormant accounts to drive new business opportunities.
• Contact customers regarding outstanding invoices and arrange payments.
• Maintain and build strong customer relationships for satisfaction and repeat business.
• Create sales plans and prepare sales reports.
