Yancey Bros Co. is seeking an Hydraulic Sales Representative to drive revenue by cultivating customer relationships and developing new accounts in Georgia. You will conduct site audits, prepare service proposals, and travel 20–50% of the time to stores for training and sales activities.
The role requires a high school diploma or GED, with technical fluid power training preferred; 5+ years of sales and 3+ years of account management are expected. A valid Georgia driver's license is required.

As the Hydraulic Sales Representative (HSR) you will sell hydraulic parts and repair services to an assigned group of customers for proactive and reactive maintenance. This will include hydraulic hose assemblies, replacement components, component parts and repairs to cylinders, pumps and hydraulic motors. The business is focused on non-CAT mobile machinery as well as stationary industrial equipment in industries such as pulp & paper processing, metal recycling, lumber mills, manufacturing and many others. You will be responsible for driving growth by way of new account acquisition and existing account development within your assigned territory, acting as an ambassador for our brand and a steward of our reputation in the fluid power industry.

The ideal candidate will have prior sales experience in a related field and a well-developed set of customer skills. Mechanical aptitude and experience working with earthmoving and industrial hydraulic equipment are a plus. Most importantly- the successful candidate will have a strong work ethic and ‘can-do’ attitude, focused on providing high-value solutions to customers and distinguishing us from our competitors. Must be comfortable communicating with stakeholders at all levels, from maintenance managers to business owners.
