Job summary

Yancey Bros. Co. is seeking a Territory Sales Representative for the Rental Pump Division in Georgia.

The role focuses on developing long-term relationships with customers in construction, industrial, municipal, and emergency services markets, driving pump rental growth, and providing technical support. The candidate will identify opportunities, engage with Rental Coordinators, and collaborate with multiple divisions to ensure seamless service and strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

Strong English communication and documentation skills.
Experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, account development, and time management.
Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and basic internet tools for quoting and tracking pump rentals.

Responsibilities

Establish new rental and sales accounts for pump equipment in construction, industrial, municipal, and emergency services markets.
Identify and generate leads for pump rentals and accessories.
Re-engage lost or dormant accounts to drive new business opportunities.
Contact customers regarding outstanding invoices and arrange payments.
Maintain and build strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Perform administrative tasks including creating sales plans and preparing sales reports.
Visit all customers regularly to promote pump rental solutions and identify new opportunities.
Participate in required safety program, and work in a safe manner.
