Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years in customer service or inside sales.
• Experience with hydraulics, fluid power, or industrial products preferred but not required.
• Strong phone etiquette and written/verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and order-entry systems.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and emails regarding orders, pricing, availability, and account status.
• Process orders using Prophet 21.
• Prepare and follow up on quotes for parts and services.
• Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products; escalate technical questions as needed.
• Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, and sales teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM/ERP system.
• Follow up on open quotes and orders to support sales goals.
• Handle complaints professionally and resolve them timely.
• Stay current on product offerings and pricing through training.
