You will drive service excellence and build strong client relationships to support demand, pricing, and delivery timelines. Daily responsibilities include reviewing open orders, managing regional forecasts, supporting New Product Introduction programs, and coordinating RMA processes with QA and engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with 1-2 years in a customer-facing role, preferably Inside Sales.
• Energetic team player with a drive for high performance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
• Self-motivated, driven, and eager to learn and succeed.
• Strong organization, prioritization, and multi-tasking abilities.
• CRM experience and knowledge of supply chain concepts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central point of contact between customers, sales, and the factory.
• Build strong customer relationships through engagement and service excellence.
• Review open orders daily to align with customer demand.
• Coordinate with regional teams on NPI scheduling and pricing analysis.
• Administer RMA processes and liaise with QA and engineering.
• Provide monthly backlog analysis and support sales opportunities and revenue reporting.
