Job summary

Applied Industrial Technologies, the world’s largest fluid power distributor, is seeking a proactive Customer Sales & Service Representative to support OEMs, industrial companies, engineering firms, and heavy equipment customers in Grandville, MI. The role focuses on identifying parts, providing quotations, and processing orders while delivering exceptional service.

The ideal candidate has experience in customer service or inside sales within the industrial marketplace, with mechanical aptitude

Qualifications

• Preferred experience in customer service or inside sales within the industrial marketplace.
• Mechanically inclined with solid troubleshooting skills.
• Computer proficiency, including MS Office, SAP/ERP, and Prophet 21 a plus.
• High school diploma or GED.
