Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Experience in Customer Service or Inside Sales preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills.
• Team-oriented and able to collaborate across functions.
• Computer literacy and data entry skills.
• Experience with supply chain and distribution is helpful.
• Experience with fluid power and motion control is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and generate quotes with accurate pricing, delivery, and tech details.
• Enter quotes, orders, and change-orders; coordinate with departments and vendors for customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on outstanding quotes and monitor open orders for on-time delivery.
• Communicate changes impacting customers or internal teams promptly.
• Assist with shipping and receiving activities as needed.
• Participate in customer sales calls with sales reps and managers.
