The role involves acting as a primary contact for customers, processing orders, providing quotes, and supporting product applications with a strong emphasis on accuracy and timely communication. You will work within a collaborative team to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years of application support experience.
• Hydraulic product application knowledge preferred.
• Fluid Power certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review open orders and sales reports regularly.
• Process customer orders, work orders, and purchase orders promptly.
• Provide quotes as requested by customers.
• Maintain or create work orders and related processes.
• Assist customers with order status and logistics questions.
• Answer product questions and assist with design issues.
