Travelers in the United States is seeking an Associate Claim Rep, Workers' Compensation, to join our claims team. You will receive structured training in claim handling, customer service, and policy interpretation while working alongside experienced professionals during a 12-month program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required; internship or work experience in customer service or insurance is preferred.
• Willingness to obtain an active adjuster license where required by state law.
• Strong communication skills and ability to convey information clearly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training covering insurance policies, claim processes, and systems.
• Review, investigate, and document Workers' Compensation claims under supervision.
• Investigate, develop, and evaluate action plans for claim resolution.
• Assess coverage and determine if a claim is compensable under Workers' Compensation.
• Gather information from policyholders, claimants, witnesses, and providers.
• Maintain accurate records of claim activity in claim management systems.
• Work to return an injured party to work when appropriate, coordinating medical treatment.
• Demonstrate openness to continuous learning, including AI and digital transformation.
