Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and one year of customer service experience.
• Willingness to obtain an active adjuster license where required by state law.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to exercise sound judgement and make effective decisions.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training covering insurance policies and claim processes.
• Review, investigate, and document Workers Compensation claims under supervision.
• Investigate, develop, and evaluate action plans for claim resolution.
• Assess coverage and determine if a claim is compensable under Workers Compensation.
• Gather information from policyholders, claimants, witnesses, and third parties.
• Communicate claim status to all parties.
• Maintain accurate records in claim management systems.
