The Weitz Company is seeking a Workday Solutions Analyst to join our IT team in Des Moines. The role bridges technical and functional teams, focusing on Workday issue resolution, configuration, testing, documentation, and project execution.

You will support Workday across functional areas, document requirements, and contribute to testing and deployment efforts. A strong background in Workday and enterprise systems, plus a collaborative mindset, is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise business systems.
• 2+ years of Workday administration, configuration, and/or production support; must have investigated issues and participated in testing or implementation.
• Associate degree or higher in IT, business, HR, finance, accounting, or related field; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Support Workday-related tickets, requests, enhancements, and user questions.
• Investigate issues, validate behavior, coordinate resolution with internal teams or vendor partners.
• Assist with Workday configuration, business process updates, security role changes, and system maintenance.
• Support Workday implementation, stabilization, and ongoing operations across functional areas.
• Document requirements, processes, expected outcomes, and support procedures with functional owners.
• Create and maintain testing scripts, logs, configuration notes, job aids, and runbooks.
