Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree or equivalent with HRIS/Workday exposure.
• 1–3 years in HR, HRIS, People Ops, or related admin role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee records in Workday with high accuracy and confidentiality.
• Manage incoming HR support requests through the ticketing system; escalate complex issues as needed.
• Provide Tier 1 Workday and HR support to employees and HR teams.
• Assist with Workday enhancements: gather requirements, document processes, and perform testing.
• Support HRIS projects, change management, presentations, and audits.
• Update user guides, process docs, and training materials.
• Monitor data integrity and ensure compliance with policies and audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams to support operational excellence.
