Justworks is seeking a Senior Analyst, Workday Integrations in a hybrid New York environment. You will shape Justworks’ internal system landscape by supporting Workday Integrations and maintaining the People tech stack, partnering with People Systems and Payroll Accounting teams, and performing data governance tasks.

Qualificações

• Overall 5+ years of experience in IT with at least 3+ years of Workday integration and support experience.
• Must have Workday integration experience specifically with Workday EIB, Studio, BIRT, and other Integration Templates/Connectors
• Must have experience and fluency in Web Services standards and technologies (XML, XSLT, XPath, Web Services, SOAP, WSDL, XSD, UDDI, etc.)
• Excellent business analytical skills, requirements definition and documentation; test planning; deployment approaches; exceptional written and verbal communication
• Should have the ability to translate business strategy and vision to a functional Workday solution map leveraging strong business acumen and technical aptitude.
• Demonstrated follow-through on assignments and issue resolution.
• HCM, Payroll, or Financials functional experience preferred.
• The base wage range for this position is targeted at $131,000 - $175,000 per year.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain Workday integrations of various types; troubleshoot issues and continuously improve performance.
• Collaborate with the People Systems and Payroll Accounting teams to gather integration requirements and design solutions.
• Develop functional and technical specifications and test plans for bug fixes and enhancements; perform QA testing as needed.
• Manage system upgrades and ensure Workday changes do not disrupt business processes; deploy changes following SOX compliance.
• Analyze internal tool usage and make optimization recommendations based on business process analysis and user adoption metrics.
