Job summary

Cypress HCM is seeking a contract Workday Analyst to configure, maintain, and improve Workday workflows supporting our People teams. You will partner with stakeholders to translate needs into practical system changes, and resolve day-to-day issues in a hands-on operational role.

You’ll configure and maintain Workday business processes and workflows, support Core HCM, Security, and U.S. Benefits, and respond to requests by pulling data and building dashboards.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in the Workday ecosystem.
• Experience configuring Workday and supporting business processes, reporting, security, and testing.
• Working knowledge of Core HCM, Workday Security, and U.S. Benefits; experience in all three is required.
• An understanding of how Workday configuration supports day-to-day People operations.
• The ability to work independently, manage incoming requests, and communicate clearly with nontechnical partners.
• Experience with Payroll, Time, Absence, or Talent is a plus
