Job summary

Akraya is seeking a Data Management Analyst to support accuracy and integrity of employee and organizational data in Workday. You’ll validate HR data changes, handle data requests, run audits, and assist with Workday releases and process improvements. Hybrid in Salt Lake City, UT, with a W2 pay range of $40–$43/hour for 6+ months.

You will collaborate with global People Team stakeholders to ensure controls are followed and documentation is maintained while driving data quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Workday experience with employee, organizational and position data.
• Experience managing HR data, data operations, HRIS or related analytics.
• Strong data validation, auditing and data quality troubleshooting.
• Ability to process Workday EIBs / mass data uploads.
• Advanced Excel skills and handling large datasets.
• Understanding of Position Management and HR processes.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Workday data requests and resolve HR data issues with accuracy.
• Process, validate, and maintain employee and org data in Workday.
• Support Position Management data creation, maintenance and validation.
• Perform data audits, identify anomalies, and assist with remediation.
• Prepare and execute mass data uploads via Workday EIBs.
