Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Data Analyst to validate data from multiple systems and translate it into Workday format. You will coordinate with site contacts to collect legacy data, perform cleansing and mapping, and conduct reconciliations.

You will collaborate with the deployment partner to prepare data for multiple loads during testing phases. The role is based at a large manufacturing facility in Harrodsburg, KY with training on-site and potential hybrid work.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with 3 years of data experience or related field.
• Advanced Excel: Pivot Tables, Power Query, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH.
• Experience with Workday HCM/Payroll and data migration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Validate data from multiple systems and translate to Workday format.
• Coordinate with site contacts to collect data from legacy systems.
• Perform data cleansing and mapping.
• Conduct data reconciliation.
• Assist deployment partner in data prep for loads during testing.
