Job summary

TalentWise LLC is seeking an HRIS Analyst to maintain and optimize HR system data, produce reports, and support Workday configurations and security. The role focuses on business processes, upgrades, and data integrity, with hybrid work requiring four days onsite in Arlington, VA.

Responsibilities include testing HRIS modules, resolving issues, generating reports, training users, and coordinating with payroll and third parties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4 years of experience with Workday or similar HRIS.
• Critical thinking and evaluation skills to analyze reports, troubleshoot issues, and recommend solutions.
• Strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in review, testing and implementation of HRIS modules, upgrades and patches; coordinate with staff to apply upgrades or fixes; maintain HRIS tables and documents.
• Provide support for the HRIS, including researching and resolving HRIS problems and performing scheduled activities.
• Recommend process improvements and policy changes; liaise with third parties and payroll stakeholders.
• Write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries; develop standard reports; ensure data integrity through audits and queries.
• Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation; train stakeholders on new processes and system functionality.
• Assist with project management for HR initiatives or special projects.
• Prepare files and load data into HRIS ensuring accuracy.
• Provide HR Tier 2 support for HRIS.
• Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
• Consult with HR peers to understand business challenges and propose solutions.
