Job summary

Bloomberg Industry Group in Arlington, VA seeks a Workday Specialist to support Core HCM, supervisory structures, and related business processes. The role ensures accurate HR data and efficient operations.

You will provide Tier 2 Workday support, troubleshoot incidents, develop reports with Calculated Fields, and collaborate with HRIS, IT, Payroll, Benefits and Talent. You’ll assist with configuration changes, testing, and SOP maintenance.

Qualifications

• Support day-to-day administration and maintenance of Workday Core HCM.
• Provide Tier 2 Workday support by investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents.
• Perform root-cause analysis on recurring issues and recommend solutions.
• Manage assigned support tickets from intake through resolution.
• Assist with Workday configuration changes and enhancements.
• Develop and maintain Workday custom reports leveraging Calculated Fields.
• Partner with HR and stakeholders to translate business needs.
• Participate in testing for Workday configuration changes and releases.
• Maintain SOPs, knowledge articles, and troubleshooting guides.
• Collaborate with HRIS, IT, Payroll, Benefits, Talent and cross-functional teams.
• Apply project management skills to HR initiatives and special projects.
• Perform other related duties.

Responsibilities
