Brown and Caldwell seeks a Client Service Manager to drive growth in the Arizona and Nevada water and wastewater markets. You will work with technical leaders, PMs, and marketing to shape strategy and expand our client base.

This hybrid role offers flexible schedules from Phoenix or Las Vegas, with remote options in other locations. You will mentor teams and deliver high-quality client service while advancing sustainable solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, business, or equivalent.
• PE license in AZ or NV preferred.
• 10+ years in environmental engineering/consulting with marketing/business development experience.

• Own and execute a multi-year client growth strategy.
• Develop and advance the client business case with revenue targets and expansion.
• Lead the full client portfolio to achieve revenue, margin, and backlog targets.
• Maintain utilization aligned with portfolio expectations.
• Mentor CST and coordinate across business lines.
• Expand relationships across client functional areas.
• Translate client insights into actionable growth strategies.
• Lead in key pursuits and develop win strategies.
