Jacobs in Bend, OR is seeking a Water/Wastewater Conveyance Project Manager to lead the delivery of conveyance and storage projects for public and private clients across the Northwest. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and teams, mentor staff, and collaborate with clients and regulators to ensure safe, reliable water infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Agricultural, Mechanical, Environmental, or related Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• 10+ years of relevant engineering experience, including demonstrated project management experience.
• Experience in Design Management, Assistant Project Management, and/or Project Management with responsibility for project delivery leadership and oversight.
• Ability to lead the design and preparation of plans, specifications, technical reports, and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Lead PM/Design Manager for multiple water projects.
• Direct teams in planning and design of conveyance systems.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, staffing, QA/QC and contracts.
• Oversee financial performance, forecasting, and risk.
• Prepare and review plans, specs, estimates, and reports.
• Coordinate with clients and regulators.
• Mentor project staff and develop future leaders.
• Support business development and proposals.
• Collaborate with technical and sales teams to grow market.
