Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Water Conveyance Project Manager to lead complex conveyance projects, shape client relationships, and grow the regional water practice. You’ll guide a team of engineers through design, mentor mid-level staff, and act as a seller-doer to develop and manage projects in a trusting environment.

You’ll lead multiple projects, manage scope, budget, and schedule, and support business development within a defined client portfolio while delivering high-quality civil infrastructure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, and/or Environmental Engineering.
• PE license required or ability to obtain.
• 7+ years of progressive civil engineering experience.
• Proven ability to manage scope, budget, schedule, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex conveyance projects and shape long-term client relationships.
• Manage projects across planning, design, and construction phases.
• Lead a technical team of engineers and mentor mid-level staff.
• Support business development and grow the local conveyance group.
