Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Conveyance Project Manager in Oregon to lead the delivery of water, wastewater, and stormwater projects for municipal and other clients. You will guide a team of engineers through design, interact with clients to craft conveyance solutions, and mentor mid-level staff while pursuing new work and strategic growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil, agricultural, mechanical, environmental engineering (or related).
• PE registration required; if not registered in OR, must obtain within one year of hire.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in related roles.
• Experience in Design Management, Assistant PM and/or PM leading project delivery.
• Ability to lead design and preparation of plans, specs, estimates, studies, proposals or reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of water, wastewater and stormwater conveyance projects for diverse clients.
• Guide a team of engineers through the design process and mentor staff.
• Interact with clients to develop and deliver technical conveyance solutions.
• Grow business through strategy development, positioning, and contract negotiations.
• Coordinate resources to meet scope, schedule and budget across multiple projects.
