Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Conveyance Project Manager in Oregon to lead water, wastewater, and stormwater conveyance projects for municipal and federal clients. You will guide a team of engineers through the design process, interact with clients to develop technical solutions, and mentor junior staff.

The role combines design management and project management responsibilities, including planning, execution, and closeout, with opportunities to grow the business by pursuing new work and negotiating

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Agricultural, Mechanical, Environmental, or related engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required; in Oregon within one year if not currently registered.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in related roles.
• Experience leading design management and project management teams.
• Ability to lead design and prepare plans, specs, estimates, studies, proposals or reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead conveyance design teams through project delivery.
• Interact with clients to develop and deliver technical solutions.
• Mentor mid-level engineers and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Grow business by pursuing new work and negotiating contracts.
