Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Water Conveyance Project Manager to lead complex conveyance projects, mentor engineers, and grow the regional water practice. You will interact with clients to develop and deliver technical solutions and manage multiple projects within a collaborative, support-driven environment.

You will guide design teams, manage scope, budget and schedule, and contribute to business development by pursuing new work and building strong client relationships in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, and/or Environmental Engineering.
• Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) is required or ability to obtain.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive civil engineering experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage scope, budget, schedule, and technical quality across complex infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers through design, interact with clients to deliver technical conveyance solutions.
• Mentor mid-level engineers and grow the local water practice.
• Lead projects from planning through closeout, ensuring scope, schedule and budget adherence.
