Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Water Conveyance Project Manager to lead diverse conveyance projects, mentor engineers, and drive client relationships. You will shape design solutions, manage teams, and coordinate resources to meet scope, budget, and schedule while delivering high-quality infrastructure outcomes.

Ideal candidates have a PE license or the ability to obtain, a Civil/Mechanical/Environmental engineering background, and 7+ years of progressive experience across water infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, and/or Environmental Engineering.
• Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) is required or ability to obtain.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive civil engineering experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage scope, budget, schedule, and technical quality across complex infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers through the design process for conveyance projects.
• Interact directly with clients to develop and deliver technical conveyance solutions.
• Mentor ambitious mid-level engineers and grow business development activities.
• Manage project scope, budget, schedule, and quality across multiple complex projects.
• Lead project teams through all phases from planning to closeout per contract requirements.
