Job summary

Jacobs in Bellevue, WA seeks a Water Conveyance Project Manager to lead complex conveyance projects, interact with clients, and grow our regional water practice. You will guide engineers through design, mentor staff, and drive project delivery with a seller-doer mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, and/or Environmental Engineering required.
• Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) required; WA state PE may be required within 1 year.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive civil engineering experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage scope, budget, schedule, and technical quality on complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers through the design process and interact with clients to deliver conveyance solutions.
• Grow the Bellevue office through business development and client acquisition.
• Lead multiple water infrastructure projects from planning through closeout.
• Mentor mid-level engineers and support professional development.
