Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a Vice President of Contracting for Oregon and Washington. This hybrid role requires in-office presence 3 days a week at Portland, Vancouver, or Renton offices, with relocation considered for qualified candidates.

The role leads provider partnerships, network strategy, and value-based contracting across states and lines of business to create an economically sustainable health care system.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Health Care Administration, Public Health or related field.
• 15 years of broad health care leadership with at least 7 years payer experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct provider network and contracting activities, incl. network strategy and cost management.
• Provide executive leadership for negotiation strategy and operational execution.
• Evaluate opportunities to expand or adjust the network to meet company goals.
• Collaborate with leaders to align plans on provider network, contracting, and quality.
• Develop metrics and reporting to monitor results and drive cost improvements.
• Lead teams, build leaders, and drive performance in a large organization.
