Job summary

Cambia Health is seeking a Vice President of Contracting for Oregon and Washington to lead provider partnerships, network strategy, and value-based contracting across multiple states. This hybrid role requires relocation flexibility and commuting to Portland, Vancouver, or Renton offices.

The candidate will drive innovative provider relationships, negotiate complex contracts, and align market strategies with company goals, delivering sustainable health care value and affordability.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Health Care Administration, Public Health or related field and 15 years of broad health care and medical management leadership experience.
• Experience converting providers from fee-for-service to value-based contracts for commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid required

Responsibilities

• Direct the provider network and contracting activities across states to drive network strategy and cost management.
• Provide executive leadership for provider negotiation strategy and oversee operational execution with stakeholders.
• Develop and execute short and long-range plans related to provider network strategy, contracting, provider satisfaction, quality, and cost.
• Ensure networks support affordability and geographic coverage while maintaining productive relationships between health plan and delivery system leadership.
• Champion best practices and innovative healthcare and cost-sharing models with measurable performance improvements.
