Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions in the Pacific Northwest seeks a VP of Contracting to lead Oregon and Washington provider partnerships and value-based contracting across all states. You will steer network strategy, negotiate with hospitals and provider groups, and guide teams through large-scale transformational changes.

The role requires a proven track record in converting providers to value-based models, strategic vision, and executive leadership in a complex health system.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Health Care Administration, Public Health or related field.
• 15 years of broad health care and medical management leadership with 7+ years payer experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct the provider network and contracting activities, including strategy and negotiations.
• Provide executive leadership for provider negotiation and operational execution.
• Lead evaluations to expand or adjust the network to meet company goals.
• Partner to develop short and long-range plans for network strategy, contracting, and satisfaction.
• Ensure networks support affordability, coverage, marketability, and relationships with providers.
• Champion best practices and performance improvement with metrics and reporting.
• Partner to create new products, programs, and services aligning with market goals.
• Allocate resources across departments and projects.
