Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Health Care Administration, Public Health or related field with 15 years of broad health care leadership, including at least 7 years in payer experience.
• Experience converting providers from fee-for-service to value-based contracts for commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid.
• Strong knowledge of provider networks, reimbursement trends, and evolving value-based care models.

Responsibilities

• Direct the provider network and contracting activities.
• Lead provider network strategy including access analysis and network operations.
• Oversee contracting department coordination and negotiation.
• Provide executive leadership for provider negotiation strategy and operational execution.
• Evaluate opportunities to expand or change the network to meet company goals.
• Partner with market leaders to develop short and long-term provider network plans.
