You will guide negotiations, oversee network expansion, and champion innovative contracting models while collaborating with executives and operators to achieve market objectives.

Qualifications

• 15+ years health care leadership experience, with payer exposure.
• Experience converting providers to value-based contracts for major lines.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through large-scale change.

Responsibilities

• Direct provider network and contracting activities, including strategy and negotiation.
• Lead executive-level provider negotiation strategy and execution with stakeholders.
• Evaluate opportunities to expand or modify the network to meet goals.
• Partner with market leaders to develop and implement long-range plans.
• Ensure networks achieve affordability, coverage, marketability, and satisfaction.
• Develop metrics and reporting to monitor results and drive improvements.
