Job summary

Cambia is seeking a Vice President of Contracting for Oregon and Washington to lead provider network strategy, contracting, and value-based initiatives. The role oversees negotiation, partnerships, and performance with hospitals and provider groups across multiple states.

You will drive strategic leadership, manage complex programs, and partner with health plan leaders to deliver affordable, high-quality care while advancing market growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and 15+ years of health care leadership with payer experience.
• Experience converting providers from fee-for-service to value-based contracts across commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid.

Responsibilities

• Direct the provider network and contracting activities; lead network strategy, access analysis, and reimbursement and unit cost management.
• Provide executive leadership for provider negotiation strategy and oversee operational execution with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead opportunities to expand or change the network to meet company goals.
• Partner with leaders to develop and execute short and long-range plans for provider network strategy and cost effectiveness.
• Ensure networks support affordability and geographic coverage while maintaining strong relationships with health plan and delivery systems.
• Develop metrics and reporting to monitor results and drive performance improvements.
