Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions in the Pacific Northwest seeks a Vice President of Contracting for Oregon and Washington. This hybrid role requires three days in the office and entails leading provider partnerships, network strategy, and value-based contracting across states and lines of business.

You will coach and inspire a large team, transform provider relationships, and oversee negotiations with hospitals and provider groups while aligning with strategic growth goals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree plus extensive leadership in health care management and payer experience.
• Experience converting providers from fee-for-service to value-based contracts for commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid.

Responsibilities

• Direct provider network and contracting activities with strategy and cost management focus.
• Provide executive leadership for provider negotiation strategy and operational execution.
• Evaluate opportunities to expand or change the network to meet company goals.
• Collaborate with market leaders to develop short and long-range provider strategies.
• Ensure networks support affordability, coverage, and satisfaction while maintaining relationships.
