Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Health Care Administration, Public Health or related field with 15 years of leadership experience including at least 7 years in healthcare payer experience.
• Experience converting providers from fee-for-service to value-based contracts for commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid.

Responsibilities

• Direct the provider network and contracting activities, including network strategy and negotiation.
• Provide executive leadership for provider negotiation strategy and operational execution.
• Evaluate opportunities to expand or modify the network to meet company goals.
• Partner with market leaders to develop long- and short-term provider network plans.
• Ensure networks support affordability, geographic coverage, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Develop metrics and reporting to monitor results and drive improvements.
