Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or related field or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) is required.
• "English" communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via phone and email for VFD-related issues and warranty evaluations.
• Assist customers with drive programming and integration with control systems.
• Collaborate with engineering, field service, sales, and product teams to resolve complex issues.
• Document support cases and solutions using Salesforce Case Management.
