Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent with years of electrical/technical experience.
Knowledge of how Variable Frequency Drives work is required.
Able to troubleshoot electrical systems and drives using fundamental principles.
Strong English communication skills, verbal and written, and computer literacy.
US work authorization is required.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support via phone and email for VFD applications and warranty evaluations.
Assist customers with drive programming, parameter configuration, and integration with control systems.
Collaborate with engineering, field service, sales, and product teams to resolve complex issues.
Coordinate with the warranty team to initiate replacements and labor authorizations.
Document support cases and solutions in Salesforce and other tools.
Stay current with VFD technologies, software updates, and industry trends.
