Job summary

Mixlab is hiring a Care/Compounding Pharmacist to split time between remote care support and one of our labs where you will compound, verify, and supervise in person. You will bridge clinical questions from veterinarians and clients to the lab and help ensure accurate, on-time dispensing.

The role requires an active pharmacist license and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Active pharmacist license in home state with ability to obtain additional licenses as needed
• Strong communication with veterinarians and clients
• Experience with compounding and QA in a pharmacy setting

Responsibilities

• Split time between Care (remote) and Lab; verify and supervise compounding
• Counsel clients on medications and administration
• Enter prescriptions accurately into the workflow system
• Interact with veterinary practices to obtain required information
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements
• Support lab and care teams to ensure on-time delivery of prescriptions
