Mixlab, Inc. Hollywood, Florida, United States is seeking a Hybrid Care/Compounding Pharmacist to support veterinarians and pet parents remotely while also compounding and supervising in person at the lab.

The role requires careful attention to detail, strong communication, and flexibility to work nights and weekends on a rotating basis. Qualifications include an active pharmacist license in FL (or other states) with willingness to obtain additional licenses within 6 months, and the ability to

Qualifications

• Active pharmacist license in the state of home lab (NY, FL, CA, WI, or TX)
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses within 6 months for Care coverage
• Residence within commuting distance of lab locations and ability to work on site 3 days per week
• Impeccable attention to detail and high standards for accuracy and quality
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; calm and empathetic in difficult conversations

Responsibilities

• Care (remote): communicate with veterinarians and clients, answer questions, process prescriptions, provide order status updates, counsel on medications, monitor CRM, ensure policy compliance
• Care and Lab: liaise between Care and lab, schedule orders, guide technicians, ensure timely delivery
• Across both: coordinate between Care and lab, resolve formulation questions, ensure regulatory compliance, own corrective actions from feedback
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and perform final checks on compounded medications in the lab
