Mixlab is hiring a Care/Compounding Pharmacist to support veterinarians remotely and compound in our lab. This hybrid role blends client care with hands-on preparation for pets and their people.

You will split time ~40% remote Care and ~60% in-lab, with on-site ~3 days/week and rotating evenings/weekends. Requires active pharmacist license (FL or listed states) and willingness to obtain additional licenses within 6 months.

Qualifikationen

• Active pharmacist license in home state (NY, FL, CA, WI, or TX).
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses within 6 months for Care coverage.
• Residence within commuting distance to a lab location and ability to work on site ~3 days/week.
• Impeccable attention to detail with high standards for accuracy and quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; calm and empathetic in difficult conversations.

Aufgaben

• Split time approximate 40% Care/Remote and 60% Lab, adjusted to business needs.
• Communicate with veterinarians and clients to get prescriptions on time.
• Enter prescriptions into the proprietary workflow system with precision.
• Compound and verify medications in the lab following SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and perform final checks on compounded meds.
