Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Business Management, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Some travel may be required (<10%)

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured LAUNCH Program training sessions focusing on technical training and professional development opportunities.
• Assist in underwriting risk assessment for Group Benefit Solutions products (Life, Accident, Disability, Absence Administration, Voluntary Benefits).
• Collaborate with matrix partners and underwriting team members to solve problems and create value.
• Support a sales region after LAUNCH training and engage in ongoing training opportunities.
• Develop time and priority management to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
