Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Business Management, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Underwrite prospective clients within Group Benefit Solutions portfolio: Life, Accident, Disability, Absence Administration, and Voluntary Benefits.
• Communicate pricing, profitability, and risk with internal matrix partners.
• Contribute to company financial goals through risk decisions while balancing favorable outcomes.
• Participate in structured LAUNCH training and real‑world underwriting tasks.
