Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Underwrite prospective clients within Group Benefit Solutions portfolio: Life, Accident, Disability, Absence Administration, and Voluntary Benefits.
• Communicate pricing, profitability, and risk profile of clients with internal matrix partners.
• Contribute to company financial goals through risk decisions while balancing favorable outcomes.
• Collaborate with other underwriting team members to solve problems and negotiate with matrix partners.
