You will assess risk, underwrite prospective clients across Life, Accident, Disability, Absence Administration, and Voluntary Benefits, and collaborate with internal partners to balance profitability with client value while developing leadership and industry expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in preferred majors (Risk Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Business Management)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Some travel may be required (<10%)

Responsibilities

• As a Full-Time Underwriting Analyst in the LAUNCH Program, you will receive structured training and mentorship in your first year.
• Assess risk and underwrite prospective clients within Group Benefit Solutions product portfolio (Life, Accident, Disability, Absence Administration, and Voluntary Benefits).
• Collaborate with matrix partners to communicate pricing, profitability, and risk; support company financial goals through sound risk decisions.
