Partner with Payroll and HR to ensure accurate pay outcomes based on compliant time data.
Support audits and ensure adherence to internal controls and external regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate employee time and attendance records.
Resolve discrepancies in the time and attendance records.
Verify employee work hours, overtime, and other time-related information.
Enter data into the time and attendance system.
Audit and review time and attendance records for accuracy and timely approvals.
Generate reports and analyze attendance data.
